All delivery and transport services are provided by independent Service Providers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Liftzor. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the safety, timeliness, quality, or reliability of services provided by Service Providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Liftzor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of our platform or the services provided by Service Providers.
Users agree that Liftzor is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or destruction of goods during transit. Any claims for such matters must be made directly against the Service Provider responsible for the delivery.

Any content, materials, or guidance provided on our platform (including delivery tips, safety guidelines, or pricing estimates) are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform may include links or integrations to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for their content, terms, policies, or practices. Users access such third-party services at their own risk.
